Collect from our New Milton shop during opening hours.  This is useful for anyone who wishes to save on delivery costs.    Order by 9am for same day collection, which will be available after 11am. You must sate which day you are collecting, in the notes section, when you place your order. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect.  If for any reason the item you order is unavailable we will contact you with a substitute or offer you a refund on that item.  So please ensure that you include your contact details.

Local deliveries due to go out on Easter Monday, April 18th 2022, will go out on Tuesday instead.

We offer a local weekly delivery service charged at £2.50.

We deliver weekly to all BH5-8 postcodes, plus BH22 Ferndown, BH23 Christchurch / Highcliffe, BH24 Ringwood, BH25 New Milton, BH31 Verwood,  SO41 Lymington / Boldre / Sway / Tiptoe/ Milford,   SO42 Brockenhurst,  SO43 Lyndhurst.

If your postcode is not displayed please contact us, as we may be able to add you to an existing delivery run.

Local delivery schedule is as follows:

Monday – New Milton, Barton On Sea, Lymington, Pennington, Milford, Hordle & Ashley
Tuesday – Christchurch & Bournemouth
Thursday – Ringwood & surrounding area
Friday-  New Milton, Hordle & Ashley & Barton On Sea

See terms and conditions for full information on delivery.  If you are not going to be in to receive your order, please ensure that you nominate a safe place for it to be left.  You can inform us of this by writing in the comments box.  Your order will be delivered in a polystyrene or cool wool box to keep your goods frozen.  Remember that even if your goods start to defrost, it is safe to re-freeze them. PLEASE LEAVE DETAILS OF SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE IF NOT IN.


The last day that national courier deliveries will be sent out before Easter 2022 is Tuesday April 12th.

Orders must be not less than 7kg of frozen food goods or we will refund, as the food is at risk of fully defrosting during transit.

This service is based on a 48 hour service from our courier. Please note that we cannot guarantee that this will arrive frozen.  Our very best efforts will be made to ensure it stays frozen for as long as possible.

Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays:

If your order is received by 10am (on a dispatch day), we will do our best to get it out the same day, however this is not guaranteed.  If received after 10am your order will roll on to the next dispatch day.

Orders are sent by overnight courier (APC or DHL) in eco-friendly fully recyclable and returnable packaging, with ice if needed, to keep the food frozen. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee next day delivery. During busier periods it can take up to 48 hours to get to you.

The courier will send you a text or email to confirm a delivery window.

The total weight will be calculated at checkout.

Please remember to write in the comments box, any delivery instructions for the courier service.  You can leave in a safe place or with a neighbour for example.

Updated info regarding Courier Delays

Customer service is extremely important to us, and until now we have always done our best to refund and/or replace any goods that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. HOWEVER, we are now in a situation here in the UK, where due to seriously low numbers of drivers, pandemic / pingdemic, delays are to be expected.
When placing orders please be mindful of the weather and busy periods, but also that there may be delays regardless of this.

Our packaging will keep the majority of orders frozen during any delays in transit.

Our Packaging is tested and is capable of keeping goods frozen for up to 48 hours in optimum conditions. This time is reduced by warmer weather. Please bear this in mind when ordering. We do not accept claims for replacement or refund if some defrosting has occurred on arrival.

Your frozen goods are kept in frozen storage until they leave our premises. For more than 99% of delayed deliveries, goods are received still mostly frozen and suitable for re-freezing/feeding.

We are not compensated by courier companies for any delayed goods.

Small Item delivery, For Non Perishable Goods

You can order up to 995g for a charge of £3.95 (First Class Royal Mail delivery), or up to 4.5kg for a charge of £4.50. These items are restricted to non-frozen items such as supplements, accessories & grooming products. If in doubt please get in touch.
