Green’s For Healthy Pets – Coronavirus Update

In the light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing everything that we can to reduce disruption to service, and to ensure the safety of our customers and ourselves. Please find below a few changes to service.

Change of courier delivery schedule

Packages travelling by courier for national delivery will be now packed with extra ice, as a precaution. Couriers have warned that medical supplies take precedence, and that due to current high demands on courier services (although not expected) parcels could be occasionally delayed.

As a result courier parcels will only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays….. We will not be sending on Thursdays for the coming weeks, as if these parcels were to get delayed, your food will be spoiled. 

Orders received after 9am on Tuesday will not be sent until the following Monday.

Local Delivery to your door/ safe door policy:

Our free local delivery service will still be in place for those needing to self isolate. The drivers will be taking the same precautions as before, no contact deliveries & using hand sanitisers between destinations.

For those still needing a local delivery it is still more efficient to place the order online. However we will accept phone orders (01425 207022) or email hello@greensforhealthypets.co.uk

Payments must be received before goods can be delivered.No cash payments upon delivery taken.

In Store:

We are re-opening Monday 18th May. There will obviously be social distancing rules in place. 

There will only be 3 people allowed in the shop at any one time, So please wait at the door until there is space for you. Please use hand gel on the way in. There is a one way system in place, and an area to wait in until the till area is available. 

Please respect these rules, as they will keep us all safe, and enable us to stay open.

Card payment is preferred.

Thursday – 9:00 – 3
Friday 9:00- 6
Saturday – 9:00 – 3
Sunday – Closed
