Does Your Dog Bury Bones?

Soil-based micro-organisms

Or SBO’S can be a huge benefit for the immune system & therefore health.

Without getting technical these SBO’s can help aid the body to rid of harmful bacteria, yeasts etc as they release powerful enzymes. Processed foods are lacking in these much needed helpers for the intestinal tract.

Burying bones can soften them but it really will depend on the length of time they are left. Tucker pictured here usually likes his bones tenderised for a good few hours but some need days or even weeks.

So are they being super clever health nuts or do they do it from some ancient deep rooted instinct?

Either way Tucker gets left to eat his bones in peace when he chooses they are ‘done’ without any ill effect.
